Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Extra Arms is comprised of Dave Yang (vocals, guitars), Daniel Benjamin (drums), Matt Haar (guitars) and Max Kimbrel (bass). Initially formed under the name USVS, the band went through a period of lineup changes until in 2009, the lineup solidified and the band could focus on their voice and sound. After honing their repertoire and playing around NYC, the band knew that a name change was in order as work began on their first full length album, due out this fall.
